Hi I'm Sue and I live in Mid-Michigan. Any other Michigan folks out here?
I read somewhere that Michigan is the 3rd most out of shape state. It sure would be nice to have that number fall.
I started the rice diet on May 22 06.
My start weight was 163 and have lost 11 pounds so far.
I'm 49 and menopausal so loosing weight is a very big struggle for me. Or it was until I found this program. I haven't lost this much weight and kept it off for about 5 years. Yea!!!!!!!!!

Hi Sue!! My name is Amanda and I am also from Mid-Michigan. This is my 4th day as a ricer and I'm actually really loving the program. I didn't think I would be able to keep up with all the restrictions but am finding it much easier to do than I had thought. Maybe we could be buddies and try to keep each other in line as fellow Michiganders!! Let me know. Keep up the good work and hopefully I'll here from you soon!!

Glad to see someone locally here. It's so amazing the number of "ricers" from all over the US and Canada.
