Every morning patients come to what we call the "Rice House" and meet with the medical staff and get their weight and blood pressure taken. Why don't we start our own online version.
The first person to post daily- create a new topic called DAILY WEIGH IN (with the current day date) and then everyone can post their weight for the day and how much they lost (or if they prefer, simply how much they lost).
If you want to add any comments like "yesterday was a breeze" or "Thanks Goodness, I exercised yesterday" or "Boy, yesterday was a toughie, but I am working hard ro harg in"
I will add the topic to the RICE DIET FORUM in a minute- so hop on board.

I think this is a great idea. My scales aren't working so I'm going to get either a new battery or new scale. This is the most user friendly/caring group I have been involved with in many years of dieting! Thank you so much.

Sounds great! By the evening of the first day I had lost 1lb instead of being heavier!
