I read your post saying that you'd just received Judy Moscovitz's Rice Diet Report book. What follows is just FYI, not intended to try to change your mind:
Are you aware that there is a revised version of the Rice Diet and that it is *much* more user-friendly than the plan outlined in Judy's book? (I'm an "old" ricer; did the "old" diet on and off for a long time, but finally just felt pretty poorly.) I have a fondness for that experience and for Judy, but to me, this "new" rice diet, the RICE DIET SOLUTION dieta, is a whole new world. I feel so wonderful. I have energy. I'm losing.
I really recommend that you check out the RDS book. AND~~all the details you need to get started are here on the Forum message board: See the "for Newbies" threads to find out where to look. And the thread called RICE DIET SOLUTION: Phase 1 & Phase 2 provides all the details. So you could compare the two plans.
