I went to a health food store. The one I went to was Earth Fare, but if you have a decent sized town nearby, there is probably one. You can do a search for Health food stores and vegetarian restaruants at HappyCow.com.

You can buy things on-line too. I've heard the Rice House Health Store was fast in getting it there and had a good selection.

Where in Ga are you at?

My mom and dad were from Lafayette and Dalton. I'm only a bit north of there....Outside Knoxville, TN.

I'm down 10 pounds since May 29. I'm happy with that, but hope to get better about staying on plan and increase my exercise.....well at least get moving some.

I need to lose 70 more, but I feel more confident than I've every felt about it before. I don't have a lot of angst (lately) about things not moving as quickly as I would like and I'm thankful for that.

My clothing is loose and I FEEL wonderful.

How about you, what is you story?

Well that makes me wish I had kept going and not allowed myself to drop off -- I started back on the 20th and then over memorial day weekend lapsed and then have been off and on -- I seem to get to the third day and then blow it somehow.. My husband likes to eat out and that usually does it... I've got to pull up that site for eating out ideas someone bumped up today. I need to loose about 40 lbs but Im taking it in small goals first. My first is 18 or as close to that as I can by Aug 10th - my daughters 5th birthday. Im just tired of feeling so self conscious in shorts, etc. that I find myself worrying about how I look etc and that takes away from my time with her.. If that makes sense? I have a fluid retention problem and sodium is something I try to keep as low as possible so I started this program for that reason first.
I recently went through menapause and now Im hoping that thats out of the way my hormones wont be an issue in dropping the lbs.. My hardest thing is trying to get in some exercise.. Im self employed and work long hours - and this heat keeps me from walking outdoors which I love. I have a treadmill downstairs but seems that when I get home there is so much to do that by time I have its so late Im too tired.. Wow - that sounds like an excuse doesnt it? Im working on it.. Going to try some sculpting bands in the early am - Ive had great success with that in the past at reshaping..
Okay - Im blabbing - you didnt expect this much of an answer Im sure!

Hey Peanut,

thanks for the info....and blabbing (or sharing as we would call it if we were politically correct) is good. In fact it is what I asked for!

I need a push in doing the walking thing too. Maybe we can push each other along.
