Where is the Journal now? I wanted to put in my weight and to make a personal journal entry and I can't find it.
Also and tidbits on how to move from one forum to another - ie inspiration to the regular forum - having a lot of trouble moving around on this new website (and I thought I was pretty computer savvy! :( [/list]

Lynnie, dolling~You've posted on the old forum. To post on the new forum,

Click on The Rice Diet Forum Index, then click on

ONLINE SUPPORT. This is the NEW FORUM. Unfortunately it doesn't say so. :roll:

When the New Forum, aka Online Support opens up, then just click on New Topic or New Post or whatever it says.
I haven't a clue about the journals.
Do this.
Stop doing that.
Accept the rest.
