To post on the new forum:

Click on The Rice Diet Forum Index, then click on

ONLINE SUPPORT. This is the NEW FORUM. Unfortunately it doesn't say so.

When the New Forum, aka Online Support opens up, then just click on New Topic or New Post or whatever it says.

Do this.
Stop doing that.
Accept the rest.
