I have not tried this yet, but it sounds easy.
Salad Dressing (Use No Salt Spices)
Into a glass container add and mix:
1 cup Extra Virgin Olive Oil
1/2 tsp garlic powder
1/2 tsp celery salt
1 1/2 tsp onion salt
1/4 tsp pepper
1/2 tsp powdered mustard
1 Tbl parsley flakes
2 tsp celery flakes
In a small saucepan heat just to boiling, stirring (only takes about one minute):
1/2 cup white vinegar
7 packets Splenda
Pour the vinegar mixture into the oil, stirring well. Cover and refrigerate overnight, if you can, for best flavoring. (otherwise a couple of hours will work) Stir and spoon it over the salad so that you get some of the goodies that tend to settle to the bottom. :

Wait....what about the salt you're adding?
There's no added salt. Did you see this line?

Salad Dressing (Use No Salt Spices)
So that would mean:

1/2 tsp celery salt
1 1/2 tsp onion salt
1 1/2 tsp onion salt
Celery powder/flakes and onion powder or granules, not the celery salt and onion salt the original recipe she copied it from called for.

I tried this dressing, only thing is I did not use as much splenda as the recipe calls for. Reason being the few times I have actually dealt with splenda I found it way to sweet. So I only used three teaspoons. (using loose sort not packets) Anyway, the first time tasted it, I decided 3 wasn't enough. But I haven't tossed it. I just keep using it. After sitting overnight it wasn't quite as shocking in taste, or maybe I have just gotten used to it. It's now been a couple days, and I just keep using it.
