I have a pair of size 24 Lane Bryant jeans I could give to someone. Time to let them go I think. Jen

Good Morning Jinny, I'm hoping we can resurrect this thread of passing along our "bigger clothes". The jeans aren't my size but hopefully they will fit someone else during their weight loss. It's a great time to clean out your closet and start fresh with clothes that fit your body, your lifestyle and your attitude. I'm hoping that I'll have a passel of clothes to pass along too in the near future. Bonnie

What is a Ratty?

For the past 10 years,, I was making my own clothing,, shifts and caftans and I wore them out.. I am now able to get into "ready made" clothing! Woo Hoo! luckily I belong to a Freecycle group and have been able to get some items of clothing, my favorite is a Bobbie Brooks thermal long dress that is nice and warm... it's a size LG but Bobbie Brooks runs large? so I think it's a 24. I hate my figure though as I am a Fat bottom pear and the top is a 2X or smaller and the bottom is bigger..... pout. How in the heck can I get this flab off my hips and thighs????? so annoying.,

Cat, I just recently got involved in watching a show on Style Network TV about an extremely large woman named RUBY. She started out at 716? pounds ... went on a diet and lost down to around 420 pounds. The TV show is about her life and her support system in trying to lose more pounds. I think the last show I saw was when she weighed in around 375. She started out with very large hips and a smaller top and had to have her clothes specially made for her. I guess she finally was able to purchase ready made clothes at her lower weight. I just LOVED watching the shows about her life and how she was dealing with all her problems. I think they will be starting some newer programs soon of her continuing on her weight loss adventure. Check it out on line at ----- mystyle.com Take care. Bonnie
