Down 4 pounds since I drug the mini-trampoline out. Somebody needs to invent one that folds down and you can take with you Restingtree.
I am using the theory that Stu Mittleman talks about in his book entitled Slow Burn. Much like how you view it I am sure. IE keeping your heart rate just elevated enough to burn fat instead of burning sugar. He says you are burning sugar when your heart rate is high during exercise. I am sure things you all already know. Just takes a long time to get through to my head!
Have a good losing week everybody. I will try to post results every Saturday with my "tramping" results. I am also jogging on the trampoline holding 3 lb weights. I plan to increase dumbbell sizes as I need to.
Thanks for listening and did I tell you I am down 4 pounds since I began tramping? (Insert huge grin here) woo hoo!!!!!
