Increased weights to 5 lbs each hand while "tramping" and up a pound from last week! Arrrrgh!!!!

I will continue on and forget about the scale!

WOW - five pounds is a lot ...makes me sweat just to read it! Ignore the evil scale - you're doing great and the weight will drop suddenly when it's ready.
