Just finished up week two -- it's day 14. I have lost 10.1 pounds. I think I would have done a lot better if I would have exercised more. I only exercised THREE of the 14 days
I showed a gain for two days in a row after I started exercising so I stopped, plus it got COLD out!! I AM going to start moving my body, though, just need to figure out how that moving is going to happen. I don't like walking in the cold & I know I wont stick with it if I am miserable so I need to find something else

Kelly,
10 pounds in 2 weeks is fantastic!!!!! Remember this is a lifestyle changeand Rome wasn't built in a day either.
I have started jogging on my mini tramp and seems to be something I continue to do on a daily basis while watching TV. Read up on rebounding on the internet. It is impressive what all it does for us.
Good luck on whateveer you can talk yourself into doing!
Any movement is good.

I was just telling my husband I think I am going to buy a mini trampoline (rebounder). I gave mine away when we moved (I bought it 2.5 years ago when I tried to switch over to the RD way, but never used it so it just sat around). This time is different because -- as I keep saying -- my mind is in the right place & this is the only way I want to live now
So, I think we might buy another one.
We have VERY limited space now. We moved from 2800 square feet & into just under 1000 square feet -- we did MEGA downsizing. But, the great news is I already scoped out a space for a rebounder & the hubs agrees it is a great place!! Yay!!

2/10/10 Weight 167. Blood Pressure 130/72. Had Cardioversion on Monday and it was successful. It is wonderful to have all the breath I need as I hike. For the remainder of my life I intend to live the RICE DIET! To eat healthy and keep my weight in check. As I have said before this isn't a game. This is Life and Death.
