You are doing good Kelly! I myself have drug out the rebounder again. Funny thing that will make you laugh. I did get a Wii for Christmas and the Wii Active and Jillian's 2010 for the wii. The first time I tried the Jillian 2010 I could not do what she was instructing me to do and she put her hands on her hips and said, "are you going to waste my time?" I haven't tried it again yet! LOL
You and I will get to our goal if we get back in the saddle again. We can never give up!
Have a great healthy day!

Hello! Back from a travel to NYC, took my box of shedded wheat and bought fruit. at the airport in newark, the only thing I could find besides fruit to eat was a dry salad.
and, stuck to the dieta. Starting week 3 today and down 16 lbs, from 220.
did a workout with kettleballs this week, what a killer, still sore and it's been 3 days. eager to try it again. doing a full body work out 2 per week with hubby and then dancing and walking between times. so far so good these 3 weeks.
off to boston for 6 days and 3 invites out to dinner. have to develop a plan.
taking food with me for lunch and dinner for all the other meals so that I can be in charge of what I eat and know what I am getting.
DH will cook for me tomorrow out of the Blue Book so I can catch up on work and I'll back a cooler. We'll see how this works.
and, about the plan for eating out. Any suggestions? I'm thinking dry salad, pasta with steamed vegtables, and maybe shrimp or grilled chicken. Worried about the sodium. Please advise! thanks, S.

Oh Rhonda you totally made me laugh out loud!!! I haven't bought the Jillian's game, but that would not inspire me either. The Wii Active kicks my butt! Well, I haven't done it in MONTHS, but when I was doing it I was beat down the first five or so days. It like kills you between running in place and lunges and then squats and OMG!!!!
Right now I have a sprained ankle so I get out of exercising. Yay me! The hubs was upset that I have been hobbling around cleaning the house with my ankle all messed up. At first I was annoyed that he was annoyed & then I realized if I would stay off of it for a good week & keep my brace on it, I could start exercising eventually whereas right now I am just torturing myself by hobbling around
