Congrats on the loss!!

My scale went capoot a few weeks ago so I haven't been weighing in. I also had two days in a row of off plan eating earlier in the week so I am perfectly content not weighing in :) I'm going to try to get a scale this weekend, though :)

To lose a pound, you must be in deficit of 7000 calories, which should come from a combination of reducing caloric intake, and expending energy. So, if you are reducing your caloric intake by 500 per day, and burning 500 per day, you SHOULD lose one pound per week.

I know that is spamola, but I thought that a pound was 3500 calories. Maybe that's my problem *snickers*

Monday March 1st. Weight 160. Blood Pressure 121/73. Feeling great and walking like a fool.

3/3/10 Wednesday's weight 160. Blood Pressure 115/71. Feeling great. Walking at least 6 miles a day. Feeling great!
