Since it is still COLD here I am getting up every morning and getting in about 20 minutes on the rebounder. (Walking and jogging). I have an entire workout on it but I opt for the easiest way out which is simply walking and jogging on it!
Then when I got home from work I got back on it so surely I got in almost an hour on it. I am tired and sleepy and have a feeling I will sleep really good tonight!
