I realize I am only kidding myself if I think I will get to goal without putting in my time with the big "E".

Since it is still COLD here I am getting up every morning and getting in about 20 minutes on the rebounder. (Walking and jogging). I have an entire workout on it but I opt for the easiest way out which is simply walking and jogging on it! :)

Then when I got home from work I got back on it so surely I got in almost an hour on it. I am tired and sleepy and have a feeling I will sleep really good tonight!

This week I have done 20 minutes every night on the treadmill! :)

Good for you Lisa!!!!

I have been on the rebounder and since the weather has warmed here I am walking 1 and half miles per day much to my left foot's dismay!!!! It hurts!
