My oldest son bought me Jillian Michael's (BIGGEST LOSER TRAINER ON TV) 30 Day Shred DVD which consists of a killer 20 minute circuit exercise session as a birthday present (June) I finally tried it for the first time yesterday! I made it through it. I can't tell you how many times I watched him do it and thought I will never be able to do this. However, I did it, I did it!!! I am telling you it is definitely a challenging workout. Could have used a bowl of Restingtree's FLAX SOY cereal afterwards for some strength. Or maybe a bowl prior????

Now, today my thunder thighs have been so sore that I could hardly sit and get back up. :/ But, I am trudging on and did it again this evening after doing my 330 stairs at work today. Wow, I should sleep well tonight! :)
I have to admit that tonight I had to stop and rest a couple of times during the DVD, but that is OK. At least I am making progress thanks to my son, who is helping me with the moves and cheerleading me on. I have seen his body transform in a couple of weeks time, so he has encouraged me both by his success and his cheering me on! Sons are a wonderful thing.
