Phew full day and I am headed for bed after checking in here to be accountable.
Climbed my 330 stairs again today. I suppose someday I will need to add weights so the metabolism doesn't get in a rut and plateau.
Came home and did the Jillian SHRED DVD. Thighs were killing me ysterday but today they were better. But I don't think that DVD will EVER be easy!
Then I began a weight lifting regiment that seems too easy. I probably need to increase the weight size. Nothing to get excited about since I only used. 3 pd dumbbells.
How is everyone ?

Congrats KabbyDawn!!!
If only I could lose without the exercise! I am mid 50's and by your pic you look like you have a young metabolism. Please, please please get all the excess off when you are young because it only gets harder to do as you age! Spoken by experience, trust me I have dieted myself into this
predicament I am in and it takes an ACT OF GOD to lose weight now. Even with the wonderful RD! Congrats on finding it! Thanks for the cheer, I need all I can get!

KabbyDawn.
WOW. What an accomplishment. Very few of us are able to accomplish what you have. Over the last decade, I've only averaged about 8 lbs a year. Sometimes I dream of doing what you've done but so far have not been able to do it.
BTW, Rhonda is "right on" regarding metabolism. Had a basal metabolism test several years ago. Metabolism was so-o-o slow ... needed only about 25% the amount of calories others need to maintain weight. Physician was very negative about my future. Have to push every day or I can feel things shutting down.
As usual, Rhonda offers valuable words. Back to the exercise bike.
Thanks for being here.
