Week-end update July 24

Staying on target all this past week with my rebounder-jogging (mainly due to its therapeutic effect on my knee and feet joints) I do it when I first get up in the morning about 30 minutes and then again for a little while in the evening. The shred DVD by Jillian has been a tough work-out but one of those you feel good about yourself after it is over. I did it everyday but Wednesday (my rest day) Tomorrow I will try the 2nd stage out of 3. We will see how I do. I dont know if I am ready for it or not. It is amazing how your body does adjust fairly quickly, but I don't want to push myself too fast. I have "old" worn out body parts that I don't want to have to replace! :)

I have also done 15 to 20 flights of stairs per day at work Mon-Fri. I rest from those on the week-end because the knees need the rest.

Blood pressure remains steady and normal! (without meds) YAY!

Weightloss? Well, I did drop 2 pounds this week which brings me to 18 pounds down since the first of the year. I have been there for quite some time now and ready to drop some more. Maybe all the workouts are causing the muscle to weigh more? Hopefully the fluffy fat is leaving and the muscle is staying which will mean a drop someday soon. That is the hope I hang onto anyway.
