Kay - you made me laugh out loud!! lol

My own photo won't upload, but I got others to. I did get mine to earlier but for some reason it made it "wider" - sort of like a Carnival Mirror... NOT something I need! LOL I will work on having mine up soon. :)

Jan0 you lost 6.5lbs in one day? I have been doing this for 5 days and lost 1 lbs. I'm using the Wii fit board though so I am wondering if it's accurate. My pants feel loose but I don't trust anything more than seeing the numbers go down! I'm frustrated because I'm so hungry though.

The thing you should know is that I started this directly on the heels of a binge. Big binge. I had gained 13 pounds in a week. I had a lot of fluid in my tissues.... my ankles ... everywhere. Salts and sugars will do that to me. So I expected a pretty good loss based on what I had read and my past experiences... So now... I probably am close to having a lot of the fluid out. Now I need to deal with the weight that needs to follow ....

Have you tried spacing out the foods so that you are eating something every 3 hours or so? That is something I have done in the past that was very helpful, and am doing that now. Hang in there. Some of the posts I read over the weekend showed a pound off the first day and then later losing lots more.

Some of the "seasoned" folks around the boards have got tons of information to share!

Hang in there!!
