Thanks, everyone.
I am thinking the "honeymoon" is over. But that was a great week and Leeney, you are RIGHT ON when you say "Stay Strong". After a week like that it is hard to not expect it every week.... and I may way 250 pounds but that just isn't going to happen more than likely! :) So yes.... indeed... kick butt like Sarah said.... but stay strong, indeed, Leeney!! And keep focused!


Off to the gym for Spin Class (ouch!) LoL

AND OH MY GOODNESS!!!!! ------> In THREE POUNDS I will be OUT of the TRIPLE DIGITS (to lose, I mean!!) lol I will be into DOUBLE DIGIT TERRITORY!!! WHOOO HOOOOOOOOOO !!!!

I am sure working out at the gym helps a lot!
I read in the book something about an hour of cardio a day. I am not "there" yet - but progress is being made! :)
I really believe in weight training, so I am doing a mix.
