Ok so just have to ramble and rant get this off my chest before I snap... do any of you all work in a tight knit work environment that talks about food ALL THE FLIPPING TIME?!?! *sigh*

Today's my second day of the dieta and it's lunch time around here for most of them and my whole deparment won't stop talking about food -- how do you deal with it? They all know that I'm on this diet and I've aksed them a few times to take the discussion about if they want chinese or mexican or this or that to the other end of the cubes.. but it just doesn't sink in.

bleh... silly protein fried meat addicts!

Anyplace else you can go to eat? I used to eat at my desk sometimes and fake work. You could show up after you've eaten and see if anybody wants to go for a walk!

Keep strong!!! And remember its going to be much sooner than later that they are all at your desk trying to take a peek at your diet plan -- focus on the prize (the look on their faces)... I am down 17 lbs and that keeps me going.
