What about rice milk

Hi Everyone.
I really like unsweetened rice milk but am not a fan of soy based milks. The book never mentions rice milk. Any ideas on if it can be subsituted for grain/soy milks??

That should be fine. I haven't had rice milk in quite a while, but I think it's ok. Check the nutrition label and see if it's comparable to soy or skim milk...about 80 calories, 125mg. sodium and 4-8g. protein.
