I have a package of nori/seaweed sheets for making sushi. The package says that it has 0mg of sodium, but all the websites that I have visited say that nori/has sodium in it naturally because it is from salty sea water.
Can I believe the what the package says?

I say 'go for it.' I know they serve sushi at the Rice House. BTW, my package says 0 sodium too.

I've found a lot of Asian products that have suspect sodium numbers. Products with both salt and msg but only list 7 mg sodium per serving, etc.
Seaweed has about 11 mg sodium per sheet. There's no way that it can be 0 due to seawater, but at 11 mg per sheet, it's really no issue even if you eat 10 sheets at a time.
