Aww thanks for the kind greeting! I think it was a combination of more exercise than I usually get, very little snacking, and semi-healthy meals. AND I tried to drink my water daily, though I did not always succeed. I'm a little shocked by it myself!!! Still working on getting the pics move to a site. *Hugs for Monica*
