I hope you are feeling better. It is nice when one does not have to cook. I got to not have to do any cooking this weekend and I loved that. :)

I'm backkkkkkkkkk after gorgeous scenery, tasty scones with clotted cream and jam, and lots of walking. If my scale is right, I broke even. Fit on the plane though with no room to spare, darn those tight seats lol. Missed ya'll!

YOU have been so missed. You are back, yippeee!!!! You did not gain any weight while on vacation, for me that would be a miracle. I want to know
how you did that. Awesome!!!! Want to hear and see through your eyes what Scotland was all about. Can hardly wait. I hope you are well rested.

Aww thanks for the kind greeting! I think it was a combination of more exercise than I usually get, very little snacking, and semi-healthy meals. AND I tried to drink my water daily, though I did not always succeed. I'm a little shocked by it myself!!! Still working on getting the pics move to a site. *Hugs for Monica*

Kat, can never underestimate the power of exercise. I am now trying to up my walking per week as that is just the best way for me to curb my appetite and feel overall well being. Also you pointed out water. I need to count my water as well. Thanks for the reminder of what helped you not gain while on vacation. For me it would still be a miracle to not gain while on vacation but you show that it can be done. Yahoo for our Karolinakat.

Funny, didnt gain on the cruise with all the good food and I was in a wheel chair then! But I get home and it is hard to get back on track, so I have to be extra careful not to gain then. Restarting my exercising this week which should help, and back on 80 oz of water a day!
