I know exactly what you mean about the 4th of July holiday weekend. It was crazy here in Oregon, as well, with lots of running around. But, running around is a good thing!
Thank you so much for the breakdown on the Rice Diet phases. I have the 2006 version of the Rice Diet Solution. Is this the current book? I now wonder if it is.
