Hello Brownricetolose. I would drink alot more water as Rhonda said drink in morning at least 32 oz of water and that will help get things moving.
Post your foods you eat everyday and then I think we can get a better idea of what you are doing with this program. I have been on this for almost a year now with my latest program run and so I have been more liberal with my food choices. So please post everyday so we can see what you are doing.
Also are you doing any exercise program daily?

yes i start my day with a huge glass of warm water mixed with a small lemon.
and during the day also i drink alomost 7-8 glasses on an average.
i'll let u know what i had today

breakfast -
1 banana
1 packet wheat bran rusk
1 black tea

lunch was -
brown rice about 1/2 cup or a little more with
some beans (a spoonful + 1 spoon capsicums) steamed
half cup low fat yogurt
1 apple

I am still t work and for dinner i am planning whol;e wheat pasta with some steamed vegies.

No unfortunately i am not working out!! i am too lazy at that plus my work leaves me with no energy to do so :-(

Also please suggest if to have those bran rusk is a goo didea or i should eliminate it compeltely?

The beauty of the original rice program is that the initial phases did not have wheat nor dairy until later and thus helped me understand that I need to be very aware that I may have a wheat and dairy sensitivity particularly wheat. Sometime the deep cravings we get when we thing of ex. bread may point to a food sensitivity. Once I start eating these food items it is hard for me to stop. Do you think that you may have any food sensitivities? This will also play a part in how well your body loses weight. I have combined the info of the rice diet and blended it with some info from the blood type diet. It seems to work for me. You may have to customize the rice diet to suit your particular body. The awareness of recording your food everyday whether in a notebook at home or here on line really gives self awareness at what your particular eat patterns are.
Keep posting.

Sometimes when you don't eat enough, your body holds on to everything like crazy and refuses to let go of the pounds. It thinks it is starving and is just trying to stay alive. So make sure you are getting enough at each meal. I notice that your breakfast is a bit light. Can you add a grain or keep eating those rusks?

Don't worry about losing. We all lose at our own rate and in our own time. Just concentrate on making healty choices and eating in moderation. Also, if you do not have too much to lose, your weight loss will be slower.

Glad to have you with us. I can tell by your posts that you are a strong, determined person.

Brownricetolose: I am a bit confused, you say that your height is 5ft2inches and yet your weight is 60 is this in kilograms? If you need to make your waist smaller have you tried hoola hooping, I took a class and it was really fun. Do they have hoola hooping in your country? Keep posting, it does work if you stay consistent. Good luck.

Congrats on your engagement. It doesnt sound as though you need to lose more than the 20 lbs, so you should be in good shape in time!
