Good for you, Vicky. Just keep going along as best you can, and before you know it, you'll be taking these little glitches in stride.

Thank you, Leeney.

I had a wonder, though. Is it possible on the RD dieta, that the inches will start to come off of your body faster than the pounds on the scale will drop?

It seems as if I am losing body mass (pants are a bit loose, thighs look smaller, etc.) though the scale shows that I've only lost 4 pounds. I haven't taken any measurements of myself to date, but it seems like things are changing a bit..... for the better. :)

That is absolutely possible, Vicky. It happens often. What great news that your clothes are looser. The RD puts your body through changes all right. It's just that we can't predict exactly how or when those changes will happen for each of us.

Vicky great that you lost that pound. It is all quite an adjustment to make but you will find your way and what works for you.
Keep posting.
