I shelled out the money to get the whole series of ASW talks, but so far only had time for Dr. McD's "What's new" and Dr. Rosati's Rice Diet one. I felt sorry for the poor guy, being ambushed at the Q&A, asking him questions on things he didn't even talk about and had no knowledge of! Next time I have a spare hour (Ha!) I plan on watching the Dr. Kempner lecture.

Do you think there's any chance the Rice House lectures would ever be put on DVD or on-line for those of us who can't get to Durham? Dr. McDougall has a few different ones available on his site besides the streaming Advanced Study weekend ones, including one set that started out on VHS tape many years ago:

I know a lot of people who would gladly pay to see some of the lectures given at the Rice House, like those listed on this page:

Sometimes a dry audio CD just doesn't "do" it like a talk with visual aids does.
