Still at 206 this morning but not discouraged! I've increased my water immensly, have been juicing, taking vitamins and working out way more than I have since I was a teenager..I know I'm holding water due to the increase in physical activity!

I'm feeling GREAT! That is the most important thing!

Holy Cow! You are amazing! You and the RD are made for each other!

Check in when you can. I wondered if you were ok, but with all the kids I know you have your hands full. Be strong.

Holy guacamole!! :o Is that since you re-started in October or in total since you started in 2005?

Whichever it is, it's great! Congrats!

Hi all!

A lot has gone on since my last post...

Our Golden Retriever had her first litter of puppies and.....

I've lost 43lbs and over 30 inches! 10 of which was from my stomach!

I did decide to juice my veggies to get them in and it is working well for me!

Just wanted to check in for an update....as of today I've lost 50 lbs! Not sure if I'll keep coming back for updates though. During this time my husband and I have become 100% Raw, so not sure it really pertains here any longer.

I absolutely LOVE being Raw...it sounded crazy, thought I'd never do it, but after countless hours of research we made the decision, bought a dehydrator and went for it. We've been raw 3 wks now and I've never felt more alive ever! It's so amazing.

It's a forever change...juicing my veggies changed my tastebuds and junk food actually disgusts me now, rather than tempts me. So, love you all and wishing you all a healthy future.
