Wanted to share a little info, when I was on my first Journey with ricing I noticed I was losing hair. I was doing the original plan at that time...Months with just Fruit, Veggies and Rice! I couldn't understand why I was losing hair...so in the mean time I researched it. And it was quite simple.
Calcium defeciency causes hair loss. Before I was not consuming any dairy and vitamin suplements rarely contain calcium.
Solution : Take a calcium supplement and now no more hair loss!
(side note: Coffee drains calcium so if you drink coffee, you will need a supplement whether you are consuing enough dairy or not.)
