Good Morning!
I'm contemplating an idea...Juicing. One of my problems has always been not eating enough while ricing. I know this is NOT good, and try to force myself to eat, but was thinking about juicing my fruits and veggies. It makes it so I get all I need in, causes the vitamins to be absorbed better and I did it a couple times and tastes great too!
What are your thoughts on it?

My thoughts, some people love juicing some don't, I'm in the middles, in the not sure and don't really want to crowd. 1. The pulp of fruits and vegetables have benefits, it's fiber. Something we all need, 2. juicing concentrates calories,. there for, less volume with more calories. to me that equals getting hungry quicker.
I eat high fiber fruit and veg and take a dailyt vitamin supp. With calcium chews, extra D and vit C.
I would make a smoothie out of my food and keep the fiber. But this is just me, and your milage may vary.

I have never juiced however after watching that documentary on Food Matters that Leeney recommended I was thinking it might be a good idea. But I would have to go out and buy a juicer which is not in my budget at the moment. However, if I had a juicer I might try juicing somethings.
Take care and make sure to eat enough!!

I agree with Cattrix and for the same reasons. I need all the fiber I can get, and with a juicer you just throw it away. I have a Vitamix so I can put just about anything in it and it becomes juice. I much prefer it because all the fiber and nutrients are intact.
