I could use some cheering on! This is my first day back after a couple of years. I have let my weight creep up and do not feel near as healthy as I did during my three years following the Rice Plan. I know these first few days will be difficult but I am ready to find the healthier happier me again!

Go KellyDenise!!! If I can do it, you can do it!!!! I am on a detox day today after eating 2 dinners out on Friday and Saturday. I was as good as I possibly could be, but there is the salt. However, the food was delish.

Look forward to hearing about your progress.

Lauretta

Welcome, KellyDenise! That's quite an achievement to stick to the RD for three years! Having that success will certainly help you to get back to eating in a way that is life affirming.

Why not start your own thread so that we know where to look for you?

I'll ditto what Kat said. I think this forum is the major reason I was so successful in the past. I don't have anyone in real life to talk about the RD with because they think it's a fad diet. Uh...vegies, fruit, whole grains? Don't think so.

Anyway...just wanted to stick in my .02.

Well I'm finally back :) Hard to come on while sitting in a room with your boss behind you as I have been for the better part of the year, but now I'm in my office and restarting tomorrow!

I'm back. Yes I regained some weight. I was on the RD a few years ago and did very well. I started at 317 ponds and in 7 months I went down to 215 pounds. Then I just fell off and beat myself up over it. I am done beating myself up, so I made the decision to go back on the RD. When I was here before there was a daily weigh in page. Does anyone know where I can find that forum again? Any support that anyone can give would be greatly appreciated.

This is it, sweetie! It's just changed in character. I had been gone for sometime and when I cam back I couldn't figure out where everyone was. Well, they're here, on this forum. People have started their own threads on this forum and post to them as often as they'd like. It works pretty well and you know where to go to check in with folks. Welcome back!

Good afternoon. Well, after 1 day of the RD and down 1.6 pounds. I also started another thread using my screen name. I am not sure which thread I will continue to post to. Each post from yesterday was commented on only once. Whichever one works better for me is the one I will stick with. I need as much support as possible and I love supporting others as well. Who knows, I might end up posting to both. lol Well, everyone have a good day and God Bless You!

Great results for you! I suggest you post on the thread with your screen name...easier to find you.
