day # 1 first weigh in....ugh

i am starting at 260 pounds. i had to buy a new scale. i got a good digital one at walmart. and i bought some good fruits that i will enjoy. it's not a good diet if you can't enjoy your food. lol so here goes. i want to try to lose 100 pounds. i'll be happy if i can even get close to that. i was 155 when i graduated.

You can do it, just take one day at a time!
