I've been on just about every diet out there and have never had a problem finding recipes on-line, but I'm getting frustrated trying to find recipes for salt free vegetarian meals to fit the Rice Diet plan. Can someone direct me to a website that has LOTS of recipes that fit the Rice Diet without having to sift through a ton of recipes that are not on plan? Thanks! AnneC

You might have luck looking at the vegetarian/vegan sites like Dean Ornish and Dr. McDougall. Their recipes feature a lot of vegetables and starches, especially Dr. McDougall's site. Good luck, Anne!

Besides the McDougall sites, have you looked a the recipe page right here on the official Rice Diet web site?
http://www.ricediet.com/page/view/resources_nutrition
You can also hit your library for all the books written by Kitty Rosati, including Heal Your Heart, for other official RD recipes.

Yes, I checked out all the recipes, but the majority call for ingredients that I can't find in my local stores. I've found FF canned tomatoes and FF tomato sauce, but that's it.

I also have the Rice Diet Solution book and another one. I made the Banana Breakfast Muffins (or called something similar) and they were so awful, I had to throw them out. I've been kind of reluctant to try any of the other recipes in the book.

Here are two web sites http://fatfreevegan....ory/breakfasts/ and http://www.theppk.com/ . The ppk you will have to modify to fit low salt and fat. But these should give you some great ideas.
