I started the detox today. I prefer to spread my meals throughout the day.
High fiber oatmeal, 2cups of strawberries ~ 2/3 brown rice, 1 large grapefruit ~ 2/3 of brown rice and a banana.
I was unable to eat the rice; I had to add a tsp of butter & salt. Shame on me for not following the program to the T.

The best of luck to you. I also started today. Didn't make it 100%, but didn't do too bad. I couldn't down the whole 2/3 cup of brown rice. Also, couldn't go without my daily "fix" of Sugar Free Red Bull!!!! Shame of me for that! Will see what tomorrow brings.
