Everything looks good to me , too. My one question is how much salad did you have? Since it is considered a "raw" vegetable, you should have had 3 cups worth to get your 3 servings in.
If you didn't eat this much, then you can have more vegetable servings.
1/2 c cooked vegetables OR
1c raw vegetables
equal
1 vegetable serving.
Keep up the good work!

Sometimes i have a hard time eating everything. Last night i had whole wheat pasta i added some brocoli sprinkled parmesean cheese it was very good. my son liked it too. i did have my fruit afterwards. The weekends are the hardest for me especially when i am running errands and want to eat out. i did go to applebees one evening i ordered from the weight watchers menu and drank water and i still lost about 7lbs. i have about 40lbs to go.

Be careful with the Parmesan cheese (have you looked at the sodium content? WOW it is alot!!!!)
I really don't think we are supposed to have any kind of cheese until Phase III (maintanence).
But it doesn't look like it is hurting your weight loss......so I guess you have the option.....huh? LOL

riker,
Yes, you can s-p-r-e-a-d your daily food allottment any way you need to help you with this dieta.
Just do not eat everything at one time!! LOL (This is a true statement, just seems funny saying it!) AND do not GO OVER your daily food allottment.
I agree that this makes it a whole lot better and easier to stick to.

good morning. my weekend went ok, but not great. i did not lose any weight but did not gain. i start phase 1 today. I have 3 questions are we allowed to have sweet potatoes, are they considered a veggie or starch and on the ticker tape that shows the weight loss how do i get it to show on my replys?

Sweet potatoes are a starch. (I add a smidgen of pineapple juice to mine after I have smashed them .......YUMMY!)
You have to retrieve your ticker either from another post where you posted it OR from where you have saved it to a word document. Every time you want to post it, you have to do this.
When I go to my word document where I have it stored, I highlight my bbcode, copy it and paste it on my new post. As long as you do not copy and paste anything else while you are on the forum, all you have to do is go to "edit" and hit paste to put it in every post.
Look at my post: "Ticker info -easier to follow"
to get any more info on tickers.

Thank you for the info. i found the sweet potato patties and they have less than 8gms sugar and are loaded with the vitamins A & C and they taste great. Do you have ideas for quick lunches i can bring to work? i will work on the ticker.

Astraea: There is *no* detox "phase". There is one detox day each week. Some people have misread the instructions and think they are supposed to do more than one detox day.
One day a week, for B, L and D: 2 starches and 2 fruits. That's it.
